You also need to decrease the fat content in your milk. For example, if you are currently drink whole milk, start drinking two percent milk. In all honesty, it doesn’t taste any different.
I know this probably the type of information you were looking for, but this by far is the best way to lose weight. Stop looking for all the magic pills and formulas. Because truth be told, they rarely work. You don’t want a fly by night solution. You want a permanent solution. And that is to simply start making better food choices.
Now these last two weight loss tips are very important. The first one is to stop watching TV while you eat. Research shows that we eat larger portions when we are watching TV. So turn off the TV the next time you eat. And last but not least, take the time to plan out your meals a week in advance. This will help you avoid making unhealthy choices.
