<p>I&#8217;m actually serious!</p>
<p>If you want to lose weight, the biggest secret without any more exact plan is to just stop eating junk, start eating more fruits, veggies and whole grains (like brown rice, brown pasta, whole wheat bread without any sugar or processed nastiness added) and move around a little more. And that doesn&#8217;t need to mean slaving away at a gym. Maybe just taking a bicycle or a walk instead of your car every now and then, taking the stair instead of the elevator, using a further away restroom at work, things like that.</p>
<p>There you go, there you have it. You&#8217;ve probably hear it before. But let me actually explain to you why and make this sound a little more compelling&#8230; and if you need more guidance than that, we&#8217;ll get to that as well, I promise <img src='http://www.thebestwaytoloseweightnow.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif' alt="icon biggrin What You Can Do Starting Right Now To Lose Weight!" class='wp-smiley' title="What You Can Do Starting Right Now To Lose Weight!" /> </p>
<p>All this has a whole bunch of reasons. Eating processed foods is not good for you because you can&#8217;t properly digest it. It just gets kinda stuck in your body, leaves a lot of toxic waste, starts rotting and fermenting in your intestine and all the good stuff. It is usually way too high in sugar, salt and/or fat which is addicting and causes you to over eat. So you consume things that cause you to become more overweight by themselves and then you can&#8217;t even stop eating them. Your body just gets programmed to want more and more of those kinds of foods and anything with less salt, sugar or fat content doesn&#8217;t feel right.</p>
<p>Your brain will tell you that this stuff (namely &#8220;normal&#8221; things like salads, vegetables or fruits) don&#8217;t fill you up. And it&#8217;s asking for the things it really wants, the pleasure stuff. It&#8217;s a vicious cycle breaking out of which is very hard like about everyone trying to lose weight has experienced before. Fruits and Veggies just aren&#8217;t attractive and they don&#8217;t seem to fill you up. So you fall back into old habits quickly. It&#8217;s happened to the best and it&#8217;s ok! You CAN break it if you really want to and especially if you understand that this is just a brain response, not real hunger, even if it feel like it (our brain is pretty clever, it can not only make you THINK you&#8217;re hungry, it can even stimulate parts of your body to send out physical signals!).</p>
<p>It&#8217;s like getting off any other drug addiction. It sucks at first and most likely you will need help and support at first. That&#8217;s ok, we&#8217;re here for you!</p>
<p>The other problem with junk food is that it really doesn&#8217;t have most of the nutrients your body needs to function properly. As a result you&#8217;re likely feeling tired a lot, lack focus, have a hard time concentrating, suck at exercising, feel like crap when you get up in the morning and can&#8217;t go without a cup of coffee to get you started&#8230; right?</p>
<p>Right. That alongside with often a myriad of other health problems like auto immune diseases, and the like. And even if you think you&#8217;re feeling ok, that&#8217;s just because you&#8217;ve gotten used to feeling bad and it&#8217;s become normal! That should be even more shocking.</p>
<p>Question. Do you have young kids? Or have you been around any lately? Ever noticed how much energy they have?</p>
<p>Yeah. That&#8217;s what our bodies are meant to be like. That&#8217;s what they ARE like if you feed yourself right. The major difference between a jumpingball of a child and you isn&#8217;t age. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So it&#8217;s a few weeks into the new year and there are still a whole lot of people who are holding fast to their New Years resolutions. For many that means losing weight. Often a whole bunch. Ideally finding <strong>the best way to lose weight</strong> so they can get it over with quickly.</p>
<p>How is it going?</p>
<p>Have you started yet? Had any successes? Even small? Like I mean, even if maybe you weren&#8217;t able to lose any weight yet&#8230; have you tried eating healthier? Thrown out the cookie jar? Cleaned out the fridge and the pantry? Resisted the fast food devil? Been to the gym or at least taken a walk to get a little more movement? Just once?</p>
<p>If you have, again, even just once and nothing else, BIG CONGRATS TO YOU!!!</p>
<p>Tell me what you want but you&#8217;re on the right way. Losing weight can absolutely start with small steps!</p>
<p>The best way to lose weight is obviously a complete lifestyle change. You can&#8217;t really keep being married to soda pop, fries, burgers, ice cream and cookies and expect to shed those pounds like it was nothing.</p>
<p>It does take at least a minimum amount of change. The way I have been personally holding it both during losing weight and afterwards to keep it off is to eat healthy and conscious for 5 days a week and have candy and fast food (not huge amounts, just some) two dinners a week.</p>
<p>There are a lot <strong><a href="http://www.thebestwaytoloseweightnow.com/video">great weight loss plans</a></strong> but no matter what you do it will always be different from the way you eat now. Or you would already be losing weight. Since you&#8217;re not, you will need to make at least some small changes.</p>
<p>The best way to lose weight for you might be to get yourself into a group, be part of a community, have a trainer or a friend you&#8217;re doing things together with and who&#8217;s holding you accountable. Some people just need that support and that&#8217;s totally ok! In fact, if you know that&#8217;s you and you are taking action towards that, getting involved, finding a partner etc that is awesome!!</p>
<p>For others it&#8217;s enough to just read a meal plan and go for it. Again others need a lot more convincing to even get started in the first place because you find yourself too stuck in bad habits, addictions, not motivated enough, having a lack of willpower or just always finding excuses and finding it&#8217;s never &#8220;the right time&#8221; to finally get started.</p>
<p>The question here really is then&#8230; how bad do you want this? What do you want it for? Are you sick? Maybe even killing yourself with food? Are you getting married? Or just tired of never fitting into any clothes? Embarrassed to wear short clothes or, God forbid, go to the beach/lake/pool?</p>
<p>You need to find a good enough reason and constantly remind yourself of it. Why do you want this? How bad do you want this? How tired are you once and for all of looking and feeling this way?</p>
<p>That, in my opinion is one of the best ways to lose weight or to at least to get started in the right direction of your resolutions and dreams!</p>
